Pair of Early 18th Century style Walnut Chests of Drawers on Bun Feet

This pair of chests are of fantastic quality and probably date from the first half of the 20th Century. They feature well figured book matched walnut veneers with feather banded and cross banded inlays. They stand on solid walnut bun feet below solid crossbanded mouldings.

The drawers are mahogany lined with ply bottoms. They have solid brass handles and escutcheons and each has a working key. The backs are made of solid oak.

They are properly French polished rather than sprayed.
